What are some reasons to see a counselor?

There are many different reasons to see a counselor. However, a student would regularly see a counselor if they are experiencing academic difficulties, are going through some personal struggles, need some assistance in resolving conflict with peers, or would just like help in planning for college or a career.

How to contact your school counselor during school closure.

BMMS counselors are currently working from home and checking emails periodically throughout the regular school day. Please email us and we will get back to you accordingly.

If you'd like to schedule a conversation with your counselor please see contact info below. Due to the nature of phone/video limitations, individual social emotional counseling will be referred to outside mental health providers. These appointments will be for general questions, check-ins, and referrals. You can also request an appointment by clicking the hyperlinks with the office hour day and times. This will take you to a quick form to fill out that will go to the appropriate counselor.
